Get Up And Walk...!!!!

t0day i want t0 tell u the benefit 0f exercise....
why???? as u kn0w student ,s0metimes student like me d0esn't have a time t0 exercise cuz we're busy c0mpleting our assignments

Dear readers

      Walking is perhaps the most overlooked and neglected form of exercise .That is why most of us do not bother to walk bur prefer to sign up for expensive aerobic classes and spend a lot of time in a gym.Walking is a recommeded f0rm of exercise since it costs nothing, requires no partner and expensive gadgets ,but will burn nearly the same calories as jogging .It d0es not burden the body and if done in calm surrounding such as a park or country,will let off the tension in your mind and body .As a matter of facts ,the human body is designed to walk ,no one should be thought how to do it .Did u know that you can decrease the risk of mental impairment by 20% just by walking regularly? Activity is important for everyone ,regardless 0f age ,and there are many benefits to living an active life.There are many ways to be active and get exercise ,but walking is one of the best .Why walking ?? This is because walking is a simple exercise that can be done anywhere ,at anytime by anybody .You don't have to pay fees or take classes .You just have t0 get up and walk.

     No equipment is needed to have an effective workout .However ,it is best to wear fitness walking shoes(sport shoes)to make it more enjoyable .Walking does not even have to take very long to get you feeling better .A study carried out by Loughborough University found that the fitness improvements were about the same for women who walked for 30 minutes a day as for a women who walked 10 minutes ,three times a day .In facts ,the women taking shorter shorter walks lost more weight! Despite all the fitness fanatics wanting yiu to jog or run ,a long walk actually burns more calaories and has less risk injuries .So ,what are you waiting f0r get up and walk !!!.
